  1. Skilled Visas (Subclass 189, 190, 491):
These visas are for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian state or territory government, or sponsored by an eligible relative, to live and work in Australia permanently or temporarily. The Subclass 189 visa is a points-tested visa for skilled workers not sponsored by an employer or family member. The Subclass 190 and 491 visas require nomination by a state or territory government.

  2. Employer-Sponsored Visas (Subclass 186, 482):
These visas are for skilled workers nominated by an approved Australian employer to work in Australia temporarily or permanently. The Subclass 186 visa (Employer Nomination Scheme) is a permanent visa, while the Subclass 482 visa (Temporary Skill Shortage visa) is a temporary visa.

  3. Business Innovation and Investment Visa (Subclass 188, 888):
This visa is for business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs who want to establish a business or invest in Australia. It is a temporary visa (Subclass 188) initially, with a pathway to permanent residency (Subclass 888) after meeting specific requirements.

  4. Partner Visas (Subclass 309/100, 820/801):
These visas are for individuals who are in a genuine and ongoing relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. The Subclass 309/100 visas are for applicants outside Australia, while the Subclass 820/801 visas are for applicants inside Australia.

  5. Parent Visas (Subclass 103, 804, 173, 143):
These visas allow parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australia. There are both permanent (Subclass 103, 804) and temporary (Subclass 173, 143) parent visa options available.

  6. Student Visas (Subclass 500):
This visa allows international students to study full-time at an Australian educational institution. It is a temporary visa granted for the duration of the course of study.

  7. Investor Retirement Visa (Subclass 405):
This visa is for self-funded retirees who are 55 years or older, have no dependents (other than a partner), and have significant assets to support themselves in Australia without relying on Australian government welfare benefits.

  8. Contributory Parent Visas (Subclass 173, 143, 884, 864):
These visas allow parents to migrate to Australia to live with their children who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. They require a higher visa application charge than non-contributory parent visas, providing faster processing times.
